Principal Doug Dunham's Message
Welcome! I want to welcome everyone to the 2026-2027 school year. I am Dr. Doug Dunham, and I will be the Twin Valley South High School Principal for grades 9- 12. We welcome the Class of 2030 to the high school, and we want to welcome back the Seniors, Juniors, and Sophomores.
TVS Juniors that attend Miami Valley Career Technology Center will start school on Monday, August 10th, 2026. The TVS bus will leave at approximately 7:30 a.m.; you should be at the school by 7:25 a.m. There will be no transportation to TVS until August 18th, 2026. TVS Seniors who attend Miami Valley Career Technology Center will start school on Tuesday, August 11th, 2026.
We will have our Open House and Community Picnic on Monday, August 17th, 2026. Open House/Schedule pick-up and Community Picnic will be from 4:30 p.m.-6:30 p.m., and the Community Rally will be in the high school gymnasium, where we will introduce our Fall Sports Teams and our new staff members for this school year. We encourage everyone to attend these activities.
The first day of school for Twin Valley South will be on Tuesday, August 18th, 2026 at 7:30 a.m. The doors will open, and buses will unload at 7:15 a.m. Free breakfast is once again available this school year along with free lunches.
We are looking forward to seeing everyone next week, and to having a great 2026-2027 school year!
