Middle 5-8

While I am thankful for my time as elementary principal, words are hard to express how grateful I am to be entrusted with the role of middle school principal at Twin Valley. Middle school students have unique needs and require differentiated approaches to help meet their individual needs. What better way to meet the unique needs of middle school students than to have a dedicated building, principal, guidance counselor, and secretary to help them in such a formative part of their lives? I look forward to be a servant leader in the middle school. 

My wife, Abby, and I have been life long residents of West Alexandria and are both proud alumni. We have two girls, Eide (3) and Josie (2). We will also be welcoming a third girl in late October!! You will probably see me juggling dad duties and principal duties at the evening events. Our summer highlights include going to Virginia Beach for a week with the Walker family. I especially enjoyed visiting Yorktown Battlefield, since I used to teach about the Revolution. We also enjoyed camping at Indiana Dunes State Park where we spent time with Abby’s grandmother. We also traveled up Lake Michigan to South Haven. We also enjoyed little getaway trips to Huston Woods to camp. 

Again, I look forward to serving the middle school family!
